地理位置優越，在厚街萬達廣場樓上，毗鄰地鐵站。
入住很方便，房間乾淨整潔，床墊很軟很舒服。
配備有洗衣機以及洗衣液，可以很好清潔衣物。
電視是智能款，能投屏，但尺寸在現在來説略顯小。
不足的就是，該房型空調是單冷的，沒有制熱的；熱水器的話，熱水洗一次就沒了，第二次需要再等待，可能是機器老化了。還有房間的燈具亮度有待提高。

房間大設備齊全。地理位置好，樓下美食一條街下樓幾十米就是地鐵口，下樓拐彎30米就到底萬達商場，樓下外圍各種美食各種有名奶茶等…都有，應有俱全，酒店位置樓層高可俯望萬達美景，房間室內設備俱全🤝🤝🤝

位置極好，出寮廈地鐵站即是萬達廣場，最意外的是萬達商場春節期間熱鬧非凡，店家全天營業，南北風味佳餚齊備；民宿客房很大設備齊全，洗衣機、電冰箱、智能屏電視，最值得推薦的是帶記憶床墊，入睡舒適；春節價格非常優惠，原想再續住幾天，因購得返程票日期有變，衹能戀戀不捨離開。

房間很漂亮很新，前台很好説話有問題都是直接處理。樓下就是美食街吃用玩全部都有，重點老闆很捨得成本用了記憶床墊跟枕頭。一百多住得兩三百的房間，真是值
