從來沒有住過這麼差的酒店，空調一直響一個晚上沒怎麼睡，枕頭超級硬又高超級不舒服洗漱間的洗澡蓬頭水温不穩定，桌子連個桌布都沒有，抽油煙機油都好久沒有清理了，衞生極差，電視機都不打開都沒人維護看看嗎，想發出來告訴大家千萬慎重考慮，真的是再也不會訂了！！！！！！

第一：極度嚴重不尊重客人私隱，剛入住第一晚在我沒有回到酒店也沒有説明任何情況下私自帶領公檢人員進入我的房間，翻找我的行李。第二：在未經我任何允許的情況下（沒有收到任何通知）私自把我退房時寄存在前台的食物扔掉（是我女朋友的生日蛋糕），我之後與其協商，態度強硬拒不賠償。第三：酒店環境衞生清潔不到位，房間多衹蟑螂出沒，Wi-Fi設備和熱水器損壞多次反應報修無果。生理期間住酒店還要被迫洗冷水澡，本來不打算追究的，鑒於老闆態度我現在一併真實反映。想到就惱火 😫啊啊啊！ 我真的重來沒有遇到過這麼無賴的酒店，眾所周知在酒店管轄範圍內的物品丟失酒店都理所當然需要承擔責任。
