工作人員態度親切、服務熱忱, 無論大堂、餐廳、保潔與店長均如此, 兩個小遺憾, 其一與客人有關, 房間可看到被之前客人惡意破壞牆面等痕跡, 或因而導致牆面有龜裂, 其二是有天餐廳食材區出現小蟲子, 是可以再強的地方, 畢竟餐廳廚房衛生是需要時刻保持高度注意, 至於食材部分供應與選項均可接受, 且會隨時添加, 畢竟該供餐也供應旅館人員自己使用
