I have been traveling for so many years, but I have never encountered such bad service. There was a thin lady with long hair at the front desk, who should be the manager, surnamed Liu. She had a very bad attitude. Because I discussed with her about upgrading the room type (I checked in late the night before, and a receptionist promised me that I could upgrade if there was a room the next day. I called the front desk the next morning, and a man answered and said he would apply for it). When I went downstairs, I met this short-haired lady, who yelled at me and threw the room card. It's terrible. I can only say that this hotel is close to the agricultural wholesale market, and there are no other hotels nearby. Otherwise, with this attitude, it would have closed down long ago.

The cleaning lady was very warm and courteous, and the service was in place. The room was large and tidy, with no odor, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. , fully equipped with facilities, parking and laundry are very convenient, very satisfying and pleasant stay, thank you for the hospitality🙏👍
