出差來東莞，住了他家五天，前幾天都是一天一天續的，感覺還行，最後兩天連在一起。早晨六點半出門之前特地給前台説的，房間需要打掃，下午五點回來後，上樓前特地問過房間有沒有打掃，得到肯定的回答，上樓開門後房間完全沒打掃，我打電話給前台，前台説安排保潔阿姨來看，但是等了十分鐘沒有任何迴應，再次打電話才給我説保潔沒時間，要我去樓下等着換房間。前後耽誤超過半小時。除了道歉沒有任何實質性補償。補充一點：我定的是商務套房，屋裡麪沒辦公桌，唯一能辦公的是客廳的茶几，但客廳沒有插座，問前台要個插排，前台説酒店不提供，房型就是這麼設計的。給你家酒店點個贊！

房間乾淨衞生，酒店員工服務好，早上下雨了出去吃早餐不方便，前台主動送了個早餐在酒店吃了，贊。還有免費停車

房間衞生很乾凈很新，前台服務也很好，還安排了親自接送去大廟拜神，晚回來了還給我們推遲退房，老闆還多送了我一份早餐給小孩，下次來還要住他們家，停車也很方便，
