The room is in poor sanitation and has a smell, which affects the rest experience. The sound insulation of the room we stayed in was very poor, which seriously affected our experience as a customer. On the first day we checked in, the downstairs was being renovated and it lasted until 6 o'clock. It was so noisy that we couldn't sleep. After giving feedback, we were given a 20% discount. The next day, before 2 o'clock, the hotel front desk called us to check out, and then the cleaner knocked on the door. I hope the hotel can communicate with the platform about the delayed check-out issue (the hygiene is OK, the price is cheap, but the shower room is really small)
