衞生：住那麼多酒店第一次遇到，太臟了，洗澡的毛巾都不知道換了沒有，裏面夾着用過的牙膏舍友，儘量不要用酒店的毛巾，都不知道里面有沒有病毒，如果有條件儘量不要來這家店。隔音差設備差。凳子還是壞了，我做了還摔了一跤我都沒説。

房間衞生很臟，有蟑螂，窗台也很多灰塵！！
服務態度特別特別差，打電話給前台反饋事情，解決不了的話隨便掛電話的，而且態度特別不耐煩
第二天不會主動打掃房間，需要自己和前台説才行，但是前台沒告知我們，第一次打電話説阿姨下班，第二次打電話掛了我們電話，再三要求之下才來收拾，收拾的時候也是一直在抱怨，收拾的時候還把我放在床上的睡衣一起扔掉了
和前台反饋了之後，先是説解決不了，阿姨下班了，再打電話説是已經翻找了布草間找不到，後續要求老闆娘一起過來去找，老闆娘也是敷衍，進布草間翻兩下就説找不到，沒辦法，我自己進去才翻出自己的睡衣
酒店全程態度敷衍，推脱，後續報了警，警察提出的解決方案是，退房費，安排另一個酒店入住，我們想着房費扣就扣了，她們把新產生的房費結了，賠我一套睡衣就行了，就這樣老闆娘還有不服氣的！

前台無人？衞生間馬桶地面都是水，淋浴頭壞了，沒有晾衣架，沒有放礦泉水，空調的聲音很大，房間非常不隔音，最最最搞笑的事，我訂了兩晚上，我入住的時候，加微信入住，説我訂了無窗 給一個有窗的房間，我想那可以啊，到第二天，我在看電影，打電話給我説，讓我換房間或者補有窗的差價，我服氣，你不大氣你就別給我有窗的啊，我在外面，還要回酒店收拾東西換房間從六樓換到四樓，服氣，你們酒店真行啊

房間太亮，白天睡的窗簾不是很遮光，床上的靠枕一股汗臭味，房間倒是打，乾濕分離，房間裏面的衞生能在做好一點就好了
