I think it's a good price, but it's too far to walk to the downtown area. However, there is a convenience store and a local restaurant next door, so it's not inconvenient. It does have a moldy smell, but it's fine if you're just sleeping there for work.

There was a problem with the air conditioning in the room when I checked in. Although the room originally did not have breakfast, the front desk lady still warmly invited me to experience the hotel's breakfast. Thumbs up, the thoughtfulness did not disappoint me.
