在碧桂園蘋果二期裏面，一呆是這裏麪最好的酒店了，需要身份證登記，網上辦理很方便，床墊很舒服，衞生很乾凈，住家的感覺一樣，主要有洗衣機，住個十天半月的都非常方便，樓下有條夜市街，距離下橋水果市場很近，老闆人挺好，下次出差還住這邊。

這種酒店還是別住了。打全國一呆服務電話，直接沒人接，目測倒閉了。門店的話，不需要身份證就可以入住。説是老客户，然後，保存我身份證訊息，去年九月份的訊息，現在九個月過去了一直保存着，不知道有什麼企圖。門是壞的，進去了23分鐘就出來了，就進不去了。退房找不到人，沒有前台，不需要去核實是不是本人入住，不知道入住的人是不是魚龍混雜，連是不是本人入住都不知道，別人有沒有在那裡裝攝像頭呢？不開發票，訊息不回。沒話可説。

原來以為是民宿，到了才發現就是一複式公寓，極其簡單，又不便利，拉行李要上階梯，走一段路，房間的洗澡房非常小，洗衣機非常臟，連一次性鞋子都沒有，裝修簡陋，168的價格，性價比超級低，由於離客户公司近，住了兩天。下次不會再考慮住了！

樓梯太企上落比較因難，樓梯近床的感認燈很困擾，下午三點鐘都未清潔房間給新住客，電視機傾側，浴室晚上洗澡去水位塞要我通。

好：小區蠻清靜，周圍有不少食店，有超市，挺方便，晚上回去都不用擔心危險因為過了11點都還是挺熱鬧的。民宿可自助入住，有需要的話也找得到管家協助。房間價格不貴。床是舒服，被鋪感覺是乾淨的，睡得挺香～跟管家溝通後，check out後是可存放行李的，安排還是很有彈性。
不好：自行入住的安排不算太清晰，因為小區保安有點迷惘，我們拿着行李被關了在無人的停車場內近十分鐘沒人接應…建議可提早聯繫管家或抵步後找管家接待一下～房間衛生很一般，灰塵十分多，手碰到遙控或家具會癢癢的。洗手間有點發霉，也有不好聞的味道，並非乾濕分離，面積比較小，從坐廁轉身都有點點困難～電視看不到任何電視頻道，只有類似小米盒子的網絡電視，而且絕大部分內容是需要付費升級vip收看的。步行到最近的地鐵站大概20分鐘，是要經過車來車往濕搭搭的水果市場，並不好走，基本上最好是打的出入。
整體而言：考慮到價格，小住一晚休息下還是可以的～房間床鋪都舒服的～周邊也不錯，清靜舒適，區來還有有很多小貓咪小狗狗～民宿來講，管家的回應也算迅速，可是衛生確實大有改善空間。

從廣州過來帶着孩子一家人住了幾天，客服升級了大點的房，躍式兩層採光很好，配得有洗衣機和電子爐灶，有視野開闊的陽台。房間在樓上，小朋友很開心。小區環境乾淨整潔，周邊吃飯買東西都很方便，自己買了個鍋就可以煮東西吃了，感覺挺不錯。
