You get what you pay for, but not in a good way.
I had a single night here and booked since the hotel had good reviews and was cheap, like many other hotels in the area, and it was not a good stay.
The room was tidy but smelled like damp and mold. There was mold on most walls and the bed sheets felt damp. The aircon was loud but didn't actually cool the room, it just pushed the warm, humid air around, so my sleep was very bad. The bed was pretty uncomfortable and the pillows too thin. The smell of mold made me dream about having mushrooms growing on my body.
The toilet smelled like ammonia, but the shower seemed OK and it had good water pressure.
The staff were all friendly and did what they could, but the building clearly has some structural issues with dampness.
Breakfast was fine, good selection, but nothing special.
Unless you absolutely need to save money, I'd spend a bit extra and go something else, unfortunately.

君濠酒店的前台一個小哥哥接待很有禮貌，超級細心辦理入住超級快，不帶證件直接讓刷臉入住走VIP通道哦[呲牙]甚至主動告知五樓有免費洗衣服服務，並給我免費升級高口層商務房，房間裝修有點偏商務出差，除了房間燈光有點暗之外，個人有點潔癖特別注意了衞生，打開手電筒還特意細看了衞生，性價比很高這個價格能有這麼多早餐品種，實屬意外哦豐富，味道也很好。下次出差保證還來 順便可以看看前台的小帥哥[捂臉][捂臉][捂臉][捂臉]

設施：房間還可以 比較大 還有早餐廳 洗衣房和健身房 沒想到這個價位的酒店設施很完善
衞生：衞生也比較乾淨
環境：出行方便 附近有地鐵站還有大型超市

酒店就在地鐵站出口處，出行特別方便，電梯要刷房卡才能使用特別安全，前台小姐姐送的小零食也很好吃，房間挺大乾淨整潔，這個大熱天還能蓋被子睡真的好舒服空調槓槓的，自助早餐種類真的好多啊，第一次吃這麼豐盛的早餐，服務員很貼心的端來一杯牛奶[強][強][強]以後來厚街就選這家店

第一次入住這家店，前台服務很熱情房間給免費升級商務房，還有歡迎小零食，房間空間大，看起來很新的牆板新裝修過[強]沐浴更加舒服，水流很大、水温隨意調節，餐廳服務很貼心，早餐種類豐富又多樣化，早上趕着做事能吃到這麼豐富的早餐滿足一天的能量需求，實在是太讚了，旁邊就是康樂南路步行街、珊美地鐵站，逛街出行特別方便，非常滿意的一次入住體驗，出差厚街必選這家店，推薦入住
