賓館房間大，雖然設備有點陳舊，但衞生整潔，卧具舒適。早餐豐盛，晚餐可以點餐可以自助，都很可口。作為廣東第一家喜來登，還能感到昔日的輝煌，大堂很氣派，服務人員熱情周到，前台程經理待人熱情，到東莞還會來的。

非常滿意，下次再來。前台升級了房間，房間寬敞。聽説酒店已開業20年，但整體維護的相當不錯。特別是大堂夠高很大氣，雖説有點舊，但勝在乾淨舒適，配套齊全。員工的服務很好，熱情主動詢問。優惠價買了早餐，種類很多不錯不錯。附近有個萬達廣場，對面就是小吃街，很方便。

非常滿意這酒店的服務！我地二大二小由深圳坐的士，因塞車，到零晨12 時才到達酒店check-in ,十分感謝前台服務員 CINDY Wu, 她安排我們延遲check out 至第二日的下午時間。 令我們第二日有充足時間休息，及小朋友好開心可以浸浴。 Cindy 還幫我安排了早餐。 早餐場地十分舒適，食物也很好！ 酒店房間浴室都十分大。 酒店附近有萬達廣場可以行街吃飯，行路去廣場若15-20分鐘。第二日走時，小朋友很開心還寫了感謝信給Cindy😀下次來玩，也會再book這酒店入住。
