設施：空調風很合適很舒服，房間燈光也很亮，洗澡花灑水流剛好
衞生：乾淨衞生，床單被罩毛巾都很乾凈，浴室衞生間馬桶也很乾凈
環境：環境優美，隔音效果好，晚上不會吵，出去就是永盛大街也方便
服務：前台服務態度好，有需求馬上安排

시설이 노후되었으나 기본적으로 깨끗하지 않습니다.
4층이상에 묶으면 엘리베이터를 2번이나 갈아타야 합니다.
조식은 호텔내에서 제공하는게 아닌 50미터 떨어진 패스트푸트점에서 18원짜리 쿠폰으로 먹습니다.
사진의 모습과 많이 틀린 호텔인 곳 꼭 참조하시길...

房間衞生乾淨，室內空間也挺大，空間佈局也十分合理，住起來很舒服。酒店人員服務態度也很好，平易近人。房間內沒有噪音，房間陳設也很新，衞生搞得很好，價格划算，性價比高，強烈推薦。

房間衞生很一般 我訂的是套房 網絡連不上 電視不能放就算了 到第二天退房 我們兩點鐘退房 一點半前台打電話問我們續房嗎 我們説等一下 到一點46分又叫個阿姨來敲門 本想續住的馬上退 你們是以什麼思想來一直問 要是超時我會補給你們錢 為什麼反覆來敲門 體驗感差爆了

環境：周邊算是繁華，離步行街近，左後方很多夜宵。旁邊的停車場，有位置。設施有點舊了，過道上鋪了很多白布吸水有黴味，上4樓再轉住房樓。建議要重新裝修了。

房間可以，但是早餐讓人非常生氣，太有損維也納的一貫形象。我是2023-05-27晚上入住東莞維也納3號酒店（東莞鳳崗永盛大街店），訂的是豪華套房。酒店早餐券在酒店馬路對面的真功夫。在真功夫遭遇服務員劉雪映（工號002）的傲慢無禮對待：一、長時間等待餐食（約30分鐘）；二、詢問服務員，前台服務員劉雪映語言揶揄，表情鄙視；三、不按照先來後到次序給餐，衹先服務在真功夫買單的顧客，維也納酒店早餐卷顧客最後得閑時才給餐。
