非常過分，早上退房，一個按摩錘落到房間了，撿到了也不通知，一直晚上離開東莞了，想起來了，打了2次電話才確認撿到了。這都什麼服務？撿到東西應該儘快聯繫顧客，這不是最基本的要求嗎？還説沒有找到電話，開什麼玩笑？都離開東莞了，懶得回去拿了，你們自己留着吧！！
