昨天我們放下東西之後取吃夜宵 大概十二點左右回來的 一進去想着換鞋子 就把拖鞋拿到淋浴間充一下結果那個女士拖鞋裡麪爬出了兩衹蟑螂 當時我們覺得還沒什麼的就把兩衹蟑螂直接踩死就算了緊接着我們準備上床躺着床單上有一小塊黑色的不明物體粘在上面然後掀開被子還有一根毛髮 因為我們之前也住過這個地方正常來説不是這個樣子的於是我們選擇換房間跟前台溝通之後他們願意換但是五樓對接的女士就直接用對講機説房間裏有蟲子不是很正常嗎語氣非常的不耐煩 首先酒店應該做好自己本分的工作將衞生處理合格第二齣現問題不應該耐心的處理嗎直接就在對講機那裡很不耐煩的説有蟲子不是很正常嗎怎麼那麼麻煩這樣子説話再説了衞生有問題我們作為消費者我們不應該維護自己的權益嗎 作為酒店的服務人員對客人這樣子的態度真的非常不應該 希望酒店可以為這次的情況做出解釋 本身選擇這個酒店也是因為之前住過服務態度也不錯所以選擇再一次入住這個酒店但是經過這一次的入住體驗我衹能説真的非常差出現這種情況希望大家都能將心比心 本身那麼晚大家都希望能夠早一點休息而不是因為酒店出現這些問題而耽誤 這一次的入住體驗真的很差 由衷的希望酒店能夠整改這些問題 並且給予消費者一個好的解釋

一直是常客，出差一直住這裏！地段繁華，熱鬧！3樓有電影院和吃飯地方，4樓有桌球室和KTV，樓下就是一條步行街，逛街吃飯都很方便！酒店住宿在5樓！房間很大，我訂的豪華大床，有大窗，看下去就是步行街！設施設備齊全，就是開電視需要重啟一下，隨時呼叫工作人員，都立馬處理，衞生可以！床上用品，都有換的，如果續住沒要求的話，大姐就不換，大姐們服務也很熱情！酒店這邊是免費收送衣服的！有需要下個單，大姐就會來收走！免費的，早餐品種比較少，不多，基本的雞蛋，抄粉，紅薯，豆漿，包子，等等，大姐做的招牌炒米粉是非常不錯的，如果想吃湯粉，也可以讓大姐做這個！前台服務也很好，就是登記比較嚴格，能體諒的，畢竟上面有要求沒辦法👐！酒店這邊還有免費停車位，就在酒店正門左手邊，步行街裏面的，離酒店非常的近，用車的時候需要到前台掃碼就可以了，整體來説一百多塊，可以了，非常不錯的一個酒店！[強][強][強]

小朋友放假過來找朋友玩的，感覺還可以，登記比較嚴格，但是覺得很安全，也理解大家工作不容易！這裡有免費洗衣房，一般是大姐過來洗的，酒店有免費停車場，但是不好找，打電話瞭解之後就可以導航的直接就到，就在酒店旁邊，服務還是很有耐心！酒店離嘉榮超市很近，這裏的超市真的大[捂臉]，差點走不出來了！這個酒店適合帶娃出來的，小姐姐吃喝玩樂的，都很方便，價格優惠，交通方便
