到了那裡説我定的房沒有了 要我加錢換麻將房 我説退房房東不給退 説是**上訂的 不能退 要住就加錢 沒辦法加了錢 剛進去就看到還有一人一狗在裏面 強烈要求要退房死活不給退 從沒見過這種 太坑人了

下單前看了上面顯示十二點前可以取消，後來看看行程有變想取消取消不了，商家無故不同意，説是平台的事，平台説是商家不同意，互相推責任，十一點多打平台電話，平台給我號碼親自在打給商家第一次不同意，還説在洗頭我搞到他洗髮水入眼了，掛電話，過半小時打接了就耍太極説好好好，以為同意了，第二天打電話給我説是不是要退房，我説我沒入住昨晚你不是同意取消了嗎，我在上班呢，又掛掉電話，我給商家打電話要麼不接要麼説找平台，他退不了，態度非常惡劣
