The front desk was very nice to me. Although I am a foreigner the check in was very smooth. I got the cheapest room so of course the furnishing werent the highest quality but everything was clean. The hotel staff showed me how to use the aircon without me asking. No ammenities were missing. The wall had standard as well as USB outlets which is a plus considering it was the discount room. The toothbrushes seemed to be high quality. Not the super cheap ones you see in many hotels. Overall I am very happy with the experience and would go back again.

A very good hotel with good value for money. The hotel also arranges transfers. The swimming pool is ok. The rooms are large. The service is also very good. If you come to Xishuangbanna, you must check this hotel out.

一開始入住發現床上有蟑螂，聯繫平台客服幫忙聯繫酒店處理，酒店也很迅速幫忙更換了房間，這點是值得肯定的。但是，入住期間酒店隔音較差，旁邊住客太吵，另外，隔天一大早酒店外面就有音樂一直在播，播了很久，我也拍下了視頻，真的太影響休息了，整晚都沒有睡。

簡直不能太差，以後不可能再來了，很少給差評想，這次我受不了了。
1.是網上下單定的房，在東莞這些年是第一次還要另外交按金的，這個暫且不算是差評，往後面繼續看；
2.我在衞生間上廁所（大號），上完準備拿紙擦拭，竟然廁所沒有紙，是一張紙都沒有，你敢相信？當時不氣死我；
3.洗澡的玻璃門缺了一塊，不知道什麼原因，並且很陳舊和臟，似乎沒打掃過似的，浴巾帶一點點潮濕，不知道什麼原因，因為沒有這塊玻璃，洗澡洗不熱，晚上洗澡一會水變熱，一會水變冷，煩躁；
4.大冬天的，空調沒有制熱功能，衹有製冷、除濕、循環，快瘋了；
5.最不能忍受的是，睡到4點多被蚊子嗡嗡嗡吵醒，我睡眼惺忪的起來找電蚊香，如下圖所示，是空瓶，在這裏我是真的想罵人，4點多讓我給你前台打電話再送來？我先不説你們客服睡沒睡，這樣一折騰我還睡不睡的？

交通還好但是環境特別惡劣，裏面都是發黴的傢俱，裝修特別破舊，空調開了整個房間都在震動根本無法睡覺，躺了一會受不了不讓退連夜換了酒店，你們你們定之前都去看看房間再決定！評論都是招人刷的！
