Requested for a non smoking room but my allocated room smelled of cigarette despite doing 1 cleaning. After paying for a room change, my room phone rang every 1 hour but hotel could not identify the cause .

The hotel is convenient with the shopping center within walking distance. The hotel can do with a refurbished as the rooms remained the same when I first visited over ten years ago.
