登記入住時，衹告訴外牆裝修，到了房間，打鑽聲真的驚人，地板都在抖動，前台説晚上就不裝修了。結果第二天早上7點多又開始了，實在受不了，8點多退房的。這家內部裝修確實很新，晚上（不裝修時）也算安靜，網絡也好用，床也舒適。性價比高的，在沒有裝修的情況下。

住了4晚，第五天退房的早上已跟前台打了招呼，説中午回來的時候就會辦理退房所以上午不需要打掃衞生。中午回來的時候問了前台能否延遲到1點退房，答覆説不可以，最遲衹能12：40分。我表示接受，立刻回房間收拾行李。回到房間的時候，發現行李已經被收拾妥當了。我覺得這樣的行為，是我不能接受的。你們可以隨意開門進入我們的房間打掃衞生，但是不代表你們可以觸碰我們的物品。下次再也不會選擇這間7天酒店。

因為出差定了這家離門店較近，住了幾天，服務員對我白眼上天，覺得我住久了給他們添麻煩，昨天12：50分下樓特別叮囑工作人員，要加沐浴露，放茶包，換被單，結果晚上回去，啥都沒弄，還把空調掏空器的電池裝反，不知是故意的還是怎樣

前台服務人員很熱情服務也很周到，床上用品都很乾凈，該有的一應俱全，有被常用水能滿足客户的基本需求，房間打掃的也很乾凈，擺放位置都很整潔齊全，
