訂了三天沒有入住，從頭到尾酒店就在入住日期頭一天打電話，當時開會沒接到，後續也沒再次打電話發短訊，整整三天沒有任何電話和短訊提醒，然後到期了發現扣款找酒店協商退款，酒店不退款，這種酒店真的服了，整整三天不提醒從頭到尾衹打過一次電話還在麼有接通的情況下，酒店態度極差，咄咄逼人，這種酒店不可能再來了，避雷還説什麼因為常客所以衹退款一天的，我想問呢，常客可以這麼宰嗎？還有説給我留房了，但是酒店並沒有提供留房三天的相關證據。
