Bafang Select Hotel (Shipai Lifeng Plaza store)

Hygiene: The hygiene is very, very poor. You dare to think that you can book such a room in Bafang Select Hotel. The price is also high near Shipai after a rough look. I booked the room in the middle of the night. Just when I wanted to lie down and rest, I didn’t expect that there were cat or dog footprints, which were very, very obvious. There was also a pool of yellow on the pillow. I don’t know if it was urine. I can’t imagine how dirty it would be if the footprints were not obvious. I told the front desk, and the front desk said that there were no stray dogs in the hotel. So I would like to ask if we don’t have pets either. Where did this come from? It’s so obvious, why didn’t the cleaning lady see it? The hygiene is really worrying! Because we are a couple, we want to stay in a better hotel, which is really disappointing! I hope you can improve the hygiene. Pictures speak the truth, and I showed it to the front desk staff as soon as possible. The second picture is not obvious because the room light is yellow, but the staff was asked to come up to see it. I don’t know if they saw it or not.
