體驗感真的非常非常的差，我當天晚上到那裡的時候酒店人員給我的房卡，是一個非常小的，且環境非常差的，類似於旅店五六十那種狀態的一個房間，並且吹風機也沒有，我一進門都呆了，怎麼是這樣子的，如果是我想住旅店的話，我還會選擇你們酒店嗎？何必要讓我花酒店的錢，最最最重要的是旁邊還有很多打麻將的聲音，我把門關上也能夠非常明顯的聽到麻將聲，我朋友實在受不了就下樓去找他，他二話沒説，馬上給我換了一張卡，所以當時我和我朋友就在想他是不是故意準備的那間小房間，然後怕我們來找他換房，早就準備了那一張卡，換的這間房才是我預訂時所展示的圖片相符的房間，所以為什麼一開始要給我住那樣的一間房子，如果我朋友不下去問他或者是不要求他換房的話，那我這一份錢就白花了，或者是説我花了錢還讓我毫無體驗，還是説是因為我看起來比較好騙？所以在此我希望酒店服務也要做到位呀，不能夠欺騙消費者。
