房間乾淨 毛巾和床品應該是有一客一換 電梯按鍵有問題 每次都要按很重才能按到停車就在門口停 很方便 辦入住要一百按金的 退房正常退還 但是要掃碼還是比較麻煩 不能原路返還

房間衞生乾淨 環境挺好的 晚上安靜 衞浴設施都是好的 床墊睡得舒服 兩個枕頭高度不一樣的 一個稍稍有一點高了 睡了一晚第二天脖子有點不舒服

設施看起來明顯比較舊！衞生不滿意，房間異味嚴重，換了房間也是一樣的異味嚴重。環境還好吧，有一點點吵，服務前台老闆姐姐還好！

第一次遇到酒店衞生成這樣的，一進房間習慣性檢查衞生，後面打開這個櫃子發現上一個住户留下的噁心垃圾，後面叫阿姨來打掃，阿姨也衹是把垃圾撿走，連櫃子擦都沒擦，還有就是房間wifi用不了。

客服前台的服務，我個人是感覺很無語的，打太極是挺厲害的，避開問題的重點，轉移到別的點，衹能説客服前台的培訓就是教如何和顧客打太極。
