設施設備老舊，衞生差，衞生間小強可見，前台接待操作技能不熟練，掃碼掃了説未查詢到，還亂説行程卡帶星，我都入住了，然後又來掃一次，再看一次行程卡，過了沒多久又打電話説我訂房的時間錯了，我看了又沒錯，然後又到我房間核對，。。。。。。

看着名字寫着國際酒店，服務態度確實很好，我想問的是200多的套房，雖説不能跟五星級的比，為什麼床底下會有這些？椅子為什麼坐下去螺絲把屁股給紮了？作為一個國際酒店的運營方式。疫情特殊時期床底下怎麼床底下多垃圾，為什麼沒有及時清理？環境設施凳子不説，垃圾可能會帶來環境污染及二次病毒傳染。實在是看不下去。不管我換什麼樣的角度都會看有一堆垃圾（是一堆不是個別垃圾），請自檢，謝謝！作為一個消費者，服務態度是很好，但是環境嚴重污染，還有等着兩顆螺絲釘這麼大個？椅子都坐破動了，親！將心比心，換個角度想想！最讓我不舒服的就是一個浴缸這麼大個，水壓小，店裡的服務員也幫我看過，我還問她水壓沒辦法上來可以理解，洗頭都是問題，一個浴缸這麼大，温度連50度都上不去，請問我200多花銷到哪裡去了！唯獨店裡值得讚揚得是服務態度確實很好！
