環境：房間地毯有多處被煙頭燙壞
服務：前台很好看，但是態度很差，很不專業，開票很慢不催促都不給開，不給開小票水單，還是去找平台開的。我訂的房間是二個早餐券，實際前台衹給了一個
設施：陳舊就不説了，插房卡的取電插位置外露，有安全隱患
