I am very disappointed with the brand Yizhi. I have changed hotels decisively and will not choose this brand in the future. The hygiene is poor, the service is poor, and the location is poor. 1. The hygiene of the breakfast restaurant and tableware was extremely poor, full of flies and mosquitoes. The chopsticks and spoons were not cleaned properly, greasy, and covered with dirt. Moreover, the breakfast ended at 9:30, which was a very unfriendly time. We didn't return to the hotel until 11 pm. In order to have breakfast, we got up early the next day. As a result, when we arrived at 9:15, the food was all gone. The dishes were very bad. 2. The staff had a poor service attitude. They didn't know the breakfast time or the wifi password. I said something and the front desk clerk said that they would be on duty the next day and they didn't know anything. They should learn it and at least have a good attitude. 3. I asked the front desk for more water. I asked for 6 bottles, but they said I had to pay for more than 2 bottles. This was the first time I was told that I had to pay for more water when staying in a hotel in China. After communication, they gave me 2 more bottles for free. 4. There is no dryer in the laundry room, and no place to dry clothes, which is very inconvenient after washing clothes; 5. The air conditioner was not even on at breakfast time, it was hot and stuffy; 6. The air conditioner in the room was controlled by Xiaodu, but Xiaodu could not connect to the Internet at night. The front desk said that they could control it manually through the control panel, but the control panel was broken. The air conditioner was at 17 degrees at the time and could not be adjusted higher. It was very stuffy when it was not turned on, and I was woken up by mosquitoes at night. 7. The hotel is in a bad location, in a very remote town. I stayed here because I trusted the brand of Yizhi, but the hotel was disappointing. The commuting fare to change hotels was wasted after a day's work. 8. Apart from that, since the hotel is newly opened, the room hygiene seems to be okay.
