前台接待説話太生硬了，全程沒有笑容。
房間進去一股煙味，鏡子全是水漬，熱水壺裡麪也是臟兮兮的，地巾掉線頭。
那麼冷的天氣，熱水也不熱，體感最多40度，洗個澡出來都是冷🥶的，嗚嗚嗚，冷死我了。

第一次入住，看到是東坑新開的全季，也看到網上評分高，就打算來體驗一下，果然不虛此行，前台姐姐服務很好很熱情，有求必應，電話一秒接通，很有耐心聽我的訴求，必須點個贊，房間乾淨舒適，很驚喜的是停車場居然有4層！！！！！下次還會來的，值得推薦！

比較偶然選擇了這家酒店，沒想到意外的滿意！整個環境和服務都是很不錯的，禮貌熱情彬彬有禮。早餐也很有特色，蘿蔔糕和茶葉蛋對一個廣東口味來説真的很滿意了，常住全季這個品牌，下班回酒店後躺下那瞬間就是回家的感覺…下次還會選擇這家東坑全季！推薦！
