黑店黑店，不介意大家去，慎重，勿去😡😡！17號凌晨5點多，前台沒人，打電話我問：我今天提前入住要補多少錢才能算17號的，商家説補40元，叫我掃前台碼轉過去就行了，我也説了我要住兩天，商家當時也承認已經看到訂單了確認了，至18號14時打電話給我告知我房子已經到期，我就衹住了一個晚上，我的訂單是到禮拜一的，我的房卡已經開不了門了，無奈我衹能叫來前台給我開門拿走行李，那就是我衹住了一個晚上，就收取了兩天的房錢！現在商家不承認當時説的話，那當時凌晨5點多要叫我補40塊錢也不説清楚，當時説補40就能算17時，後面死不承認！現在等於是説我少住了一個晚上，就被趕了出來，第一次見這麼無賴的店！

這酒店太坑了，亂扣費，還不給退，不小心點錯了經歷當沒事發生，這種做法真不地道

服務態度太差了。房間分配錯了把責任説到客户上。衞生及環境也不怎麼樣。讓店家開發票説網上開電子發票。但一直沒有開。建議大家現場取紙質發票！

下單不到10分鐘.打電話給酒店商量好了.説平台同意就可以退.平台打電話給我又説酒店不同意扣百分之五十..這個酒店不能定.兄弟們小心踩坑..這擺明了坑騙消費者.明天打消費者熱線投訴
