出差多次入住，昨天在平台定的房間，前台贈送一個早餐，説讓住宿完事給個好評，辦理入住以後我沒發現窗户關不上，我聯繫前台，前台安排人員來看，説沒有壞拍照片就走，然後前台打電話説如果想換房間就得出打掃費，因為我已經入住超時了，辦理入住1個多小時，第一我沒有説換房間，第二我就跟工作人員説你幫我修修，或者那個繩子記住就可以第三是不是要把問題問清楚到底壞沒壞這個窗户壞的，就算換房間你們也是應該的，挨着公路，噪音特別大一宿沒有休息好

前台人員服務很好。送了一頓早餐，不過希望早餐的種類可以更多一點！
房間整理的很乾凈，不過不大。細節好評，拖鞋上寫了注意防滑，洗漱用品也都標註了品牌和消毒措施等，總體滿意。不過靠近道路，稍微有點聲音。
