總體還可以，交通很方便，樓下就是公交車站，離地鐵長途車站也不遠，去景點基本都不用倒車！生活便利度可以，樓下就是商超，餐館食街很便捷！外賣送餐送菜也很方便！屋內家電齊全，小住一段時間沒問題！房東很好，溝通順暢！就是需要入住的客人要另外根據電錶結算電費，住了兩週，每天5元左右電費，做個參考！沒有Wifi和飲用水，建議安裝下水道和水池要安裝防蟲地漏，避免蟑螂亂爬！總體性價比還可以吧！

來坐汽車臨時住了一天，樓下就是商場有很多小吃，唯一缺點的就是電費需要額外計算。
