1. 一進門就是很重很重的煙味，不知道的以為進ktv了
2. 地板臟，有紙巾碎，看來是根本沒掃地
3. 衞浴有頭髮及垃圾未清理
4. 電話客服服務不好
5. 一次性馬桶墊無法套上智能馬桶
6. 電視功能少，無法投屏
7. 語音智能助手有點雞肋
煙味真的很重，整個人都被薰臭了。。如果沒有煙味我不至於要專門來評價，隨便住住吧，煙味讓我無法忽略其他的差。

酒店房門會被其他人刷房卡刷開，剛洗完澡換衣服呢，房門就被陌生人打開了！！！不敢睡的太沉，就怕睡著了會有別人把我害了。
酒店一點點的安全性都沒有，太可怕了
