True go hotel

I came to Dongguan from another place for work and checked into the hotel on May 9, 2024. I had a short stay in the hotel due to a foot injury and was unable to move. The bedside Bluetooth speaker is very useful, the bed is very comfortable to sleep on, the breakfast is good, simple and delicious, every front desk staff is very enthusiastic and polite, the experience is good!

The front desk reminded me that there are renovations and it will be a bit noisy at 8 o'clock every morning. There was a slight smell when entering the room. The smell dissipated after turning on the air conditioner for a while. There is no phone in the room so you can find the front desk. To find the front desk, you must take the elevator downstairs.

There were food residues in the room, as well as a pool of unknown liquid that looked like blood stains. There were also many small pets in the room (mosquito repellent lamps were installed). There was no exhaust fan in the toilet, and the exhaust fan switch was like a decoration. Taking a shower almost required me to ascend to the toilet. The door is also broken! There was half a roll of paper towels in the toilet from the previous check-out, and the remaining roll couldn't be pulled out at all. The decoration next door is very noisy and the check-in experience is not good. You can choose Lavande/Kyriad etc. at the same price☝️...
