Exceeded All Expectations!
I spent two wonderful nights in this excellent hotel, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The view from my roomwas to the park an incredible view my daughter loved. The staff was exceptionally. I went to celebrate my ddaughter's two years and they provided cake, they were super attentivet.
welcoming and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotless. l especially loved the attention to detail, from the luxurious bedding to them modern amenities. The hotel's location is perfect, close to major attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of
options.
I also took advantage of the bathtub and pool, which were both pristine and relaxing. Every part of my stay was perfect, and I can't wait to come back. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top experilence!

Lovely stay at the Rezen Hotel, Kids enjoyed the pool and park in the hotel. Shoutout to Manager Ann, she speaks great english and is very willing to help . Best Customer Service from Ann herself and her team.
Will be coming back again with the kids. 5 star from me and my family.

accommodation was really good, the staff was wonderful. the only issue was the location. as long as your there for the theme park and kid stuff its good but for other things its slightly limited.

The room was spacious, but the angle was a bit odd. Overall, it was very good. My family of three stayed very comfortably, but the quilt was too hot and not breathable enough, so we kept waking up from the heat. The swimming pool also had a lot of activities, and the children had a lot of fun.
