Everything is good, but the service is not good. I made a reservation for two days and wanted to change rooms the next day. I told the front desk that the front desk lied and said there were no rooms. When I went out in the evening, I saw someone checking in.

如果要去西溪很方便就在對面
夜景也很美
晚班小哥哥還幫我們升了房型
但是住兩天換了三間房
第一間沒有網路小孩看不了電視
就幫我們換第二間不過設施比較舊說隔天再幫我們換回樓上
第二天下午下樓換房卡櫃檯沒人
又回房拿手機到一樓打給客服
聽到他在二樓搬東西但是讓我在一樓等了十分鐘
結果第三間沒有暖氣網路也斷斷續續
大約晚上十點沒有水
客服說可能太多人在用水打不上來
當天體感溫度4差點沒冷死
熱水都大概只能洗10分鐘（我都半夜洗應該沒有共用熱水的問題 已感冒
房間很大 晚班小哥哥服務很好

行街宵夜方便，晚上燈飾好靚。房間好大，最唔好係床太軟，枕頭唔合格。不過在房間可以看到湖景真的好靚。

除了洗澡的熱水太小，紙巾需要自己帶多點，以免不夠用，其它都還好。房間很大，窗外是湖景，可以看到古村夜景。
