沒有吹風機，門那也沒有鎖鏈，感覺那個鏡子對着床不太好，不習慣這樣的鏡子對着床，廁所洗澡也沒有掛鈎，衣服都不知道放哪裡。衹能説一分錢一分貨吧，有待提升改進！

服務態度真的極差我們兩個人入住 裏面有一塊浴巾讓他幫我在送一塊他都説沒有 第二天我們都説瞭如果退房之前我們還沒回來就給我們退了我們離退房回來還有一個多小時回來我説我們要進去他就已經打掃了不讓進去了 還在那裡吼 裏面的垃圾衹有一些辣條袋在地上就説我們臟 不是我想説的是你們不打掃衞生的？我們住酒店不是就為了住的舒坦嘛 還給我們搞這出 我真的懷疑他不讓把衞生搞臟就是為了不打掃 是真的厲害了

自動扣款，而且還沒有扣款記錄。打電話跟老闆溝
通，老闆説自己操作失誤，説要我報警處理，態度非常不友好。

衹能説圖片僅供參考，裏面要啥沒啥，最基本的風筒都沒有，電視也沒有，廁所還在外面，難以形容，不會再有第二次！！！！

不捧不黑，實話實説嗷，這個酒店位置非常好，步行幾分鐘就可以到西溪古村，晚上挺好看的，房間衞生什麼的都是挺好的，但是吧，這個酒店沒有吹風機！！！很多設施都不完善。但是挺便宜的
