Photos look completely different from real room. Room advertised as 60m to 70 m but actually very small, maybe half size only. Room is very basic, bed is cheap hard mattress, considering all these the price is over price or too high for such room conditions. Nothing can do or eat around this area.

We had a good stay.

Give it a five-star rating. It's neat and clean. The surrounding environment is very good. It's right next to the Huawei train. It's worth recommending.

The landlady is amiable and approachable. She is responsive to all requests. She is a very nice person. Everyone is welcome to make a reservation.

1、名不符實:圖片是訂酒店做選擇的關鍵，抱着滿滿期待訂了全景房型，辦理入住發現不是預訂時連結上的房型，帶有誤導性，前台也承認這個問題，但是表示沒辦法，不給處理，讓自己找平台。2、服務態度差:訂了兩天，由於實際房型和預訂房型完全不同，第一天的不給退也就服了，第二天的也不讓退。我想説真霸道。3、衞生：衞生一般。4、裝修風格：像串串房，廉價裝修和傢俱，剛裝修沒多久，都不敢完全關窗睡。5、設施：空調有兩個，衹有一個可以用，上下樓冷熱不均，被子又是大棉被，蓋了熱，不蓋冷，根本睡不好。

夏天住這個loft 套房比較遭罪，上層空調基本沒用，非常熱，住兩天沒補充衞生用品，牙刷弄混了衹自己下樓去買新的，好處就是有個陽台可以晾衣服，然後離華為小鎮特別近，出門幾分鐘就是小火車打卡點，晚上還可以租車去松山湖騎行，松山湖真的很美

#衞生很差，屋子有下水道味，排風不好使，馬桶上有黃漬，整個屋子感覺很長時間沒有打掃過，二樓開窗無紗窗，門都是大敞開#服務解決不了問題，定了三天，衞生太差想把後兩天取消，告知無法取消，霸王條款，找去哪兒客服，最開始也無法妥善解決，最後還是依託12345維權總結不推薦入住。

老闆娘人特別好！介紹了房間的設施，有洗衣機特別棒，洗衣液可以在前台領。複式雙床房空間很好用，洗澡熱水也很給力！！離華為歐洲小鎮特別近，步行去看小火車就5-6分鐘距離。老闆娘介紹的租單車和網紅小電雞也很好玩，圍着松山湖特別舒適。民宿樓下有超市，農莊，便利店，便利店還有簡單的常用葯，非常方便！！！

老闆娘人很好，當天人少，主動給我們升級了房間。 房間雖然不大，但很整潔、很乾凈（有少許煙味），一家人住已經挺好了。 離華為歐洲小鎮走路10分鐘吧，挺近的。附近就有租單車的，很可惜的是，我們住的兩天東莞一直在下雨，沒有騎上單車😭
