North Huanghai Hot Spring Resort

In the past ten years, it was the first time that I took my family to travel to Dandong without any strategy or even hotel reservation. The seawater hot springs I chose blindly exceeded my expectations. I am also very grateful to Wang Xiaoyu at the front desk for her warm and patient reception and room introduction.

The family room I booked is at the back of the hotel. I need to drive back and forth. The sanitation is good, but the soundproofing is really poor. Maybe it's because there are too many people during holidays.

This is the first time I give a bad review. First of all, let's talk about hygiene. I don't want to give it a single star. The sofa in the dressing room (male) is full of cigarette ash and has a peculiar smell. It is recommended to do a good job of cleaning and disinfection in the later stage, and it is best to improve the exhaust and fresh air system. Since it is a parent-child trip with two adults and two children, the room is an apartment. The quilt cover and pillowcase on the tatami in the apartment have not been changed at all. There are obvious dirt and hair (there are pictures and truth). After communicating with the front desk, someone came to change it about an hour later. Because the child was tired and fell asleep, otherwise I really want to get angry 😡. There are also hairs in the bathroom bathing pool. If it weren't for the New Year, I really don't want to live here. I have no choice. The environment and facilities are given two stars. I have been to no less than ten similar hot springs in the province. This is not the worst, but it is really below average. The service is given one star. First of all, the front desk who handles check-in and check-out should be praised. The service attitude and efficiency are good. One star is for the customer service attendant (the reason has been stated before). The free breakfast is OK. I mainly have requirements for food hygiene. After all, I am taking my children out to play, so I don't have many requirements for the variety of dishes. I suggest not to go to the restaurant on the first floor. The service of the waiter is very good and the attitude is also very good, but the dishes are too salty and the dishes are very slow. This is the first time I write such a long review.
