After waiting for a long time, I went to the front desk to communicate. The front desk replied that you want to change the room and you will change the suite 788. If you don't change, there will be no room, because it is full. We said no change, but you cleaned the room, it took a long time. This is for cleaning. Later, when we inquired, the other rooms were basically in Shenyang. But not online, they are all high-priced rooms set offline. I want to ask, is this what the store said about not opening so many rooms because of the epidemic? Is this what you said about the Shenyang epidemic not allowing you to stay? ? ? The conditions are good, the bedding is clean, the facilities are complete, and the indoor hygiene is well done! The hotel’s restaurant is also good, and the dishes taste good!

Look at the pictures before ordering. His house is the best. The price is twice that of other houses. In fact, I have to compare with each house. There is no high-end hotel on the island. The mattress is the cheapest kind. It's so small, I don't even have a stool, I haven't changed the bed sheet and quilt, and the phone isn't powered on. So if you have any suggestion to go to the island, just book which one is cheaper, because the quality and service are so good!

一樓的房間地面潮濕，孩子摔了一跤。去找服務員告訴打開空調吹一下就好了，嘗試了一下，根本不是那麼回事，就是地面潮濕，我觀察了幾天，根本解決不了，堅持要求更換了。服務人員都不認真，前台一個戴眼鏡的女生，我們房間的電視不好用，不能開機，和她説，她説，都這個樣子，沒有辦法，我堅持來個人看一下，來個小夥，這貨倒是告訴我開機的開關了，然後又説，你看開機也沒有信號吧，好吧，我自己調試了一下，居然就調試出來了影像……如果我不堅持，這個電視就看不了，大人沒所謂，主要還是孩子。餐飲方面，衞生情況很不好，碗裏面都不乾淨，油呼呼的，我找服務員要個乾淨的碗給孩子盛粥，服務員説那不是嗎？我説乾淨的碗在哪裡呢？領過來看，自己看了看，覺得確實有點説不過去，把碗都端走了。總結一下，地點和硬件都還可以，就是管理和服務不到位，聽見了幾次服務人員的抱怨，工資待遇太少，也看見服務人員和老闆吵架順不幹了，怎麼説呢……可惜了，在獐島吃飯的幾天，別的商家提到是東煜家的服務都搖頭歎息。

很不錯的酒店性價比高環境優美室內整潔乾淨位置好找離海邊也挺近唯一不足是早餐一般還是推薦的

優點:1.房間裏面有洗手池，比較方便， 2.有外界樓梯，雖然不是海景房，在外接樓梯也能看到海，因為酒店是4層的，應該是獐島最高的酒店了 3.晚上酒店外觀有燈，很漂亮。 4.門口有個小亭子，可以看海，晚上有燈，特別漂亮。後來週末漲價了，我們換了一家民宿，還回來照相呢哈哈。 缺點: 1.衞生條件一般，因為第二天晚上地上🈶衹大蜘蛛，有孩子手掌那麼大，嚇死了我了。 2.前台不是總有人，有需要時候找不到人。

觀景美，正門前有露天平台，直接看海，有後院，酒店在島內算大的，硬件設施好，可能住的人不滿，軟件一般，服務一般，服務人員比較淳樸。價格也不算貴，總體比較滿意
