酒店在市中的市府大院裏，環境不錯，停車方便，衞生也相當好，房間一塵不染，傢俱有點特色，服務也可以，還專門送了一份早餐。

海南東方市迎賓館地處市中心，生活購物出行都非常方便。當我抵達迎賓館前台時，前台客服人員非常熱情，介紹了賓館的飲食情況。入住酒店期間還給予我許多幫助，在這裏對她們的工作表示感謝！希望下次再來。

酒店位置居中，作為政府接待酒店，在大院內，整體環境安全，沒有街邊酒店的叫賣聲和車輛來往的聲音；停車位足，門口左右兩側都可以停；房間比較乾淨，有電冰箱，設施齊全，當然作為老酒店，沒有新酒店的智能家居。最最想吐槽的4個點：1.隔音差，每天都被收拾房間的服務員説話聲音吵醒；2.住兩天，打掃衞生時衹收拾廁所，不收拾床；3.房間沒網絡，前台説這是老毛病了，一直沒修好；4.熱水出來慢，人多了水温偏低。比較適合不需要睡懶覺的旅客居住。

這個賓館在當地的市委駐地內，找了好半天，因為生平第一次住進他們的市委駐地，其實就是他們的招待所，房間和環境還是不錯的，中規中矩，最主要的就是安全！

房間很乾凈很寬敞，採光很好，環境舒適。四周好吃的也比較多。很完美，就是設施可能有一點點老了，淋浴噴頭什麼的不算太好用。總體是推薦的

裝修設施陳舊，衞生太差，馬桶裏小便都沒沖掉，馬桶圈墊沾滿尿液，太噁心了沒有拍照（後來換了房間），面盆周圍已經發黑黴變，淋浴沒有玻璃遮擋，洗澡時直接淋到馬桶。這還是屬於高檔酒店？看了評價定的，不知道4點幾的高分怎麼來的，整一個招待所。不會再來，真實評價，希望後面的旅客不要踩雷。
