海南東方市迎賓館地處市中心，生活購物出行都非常方便。當我抵達迎賓館前台時，前台客服人員非常熱情，介紹了賓館的飲食情況。入住酒店期間還給予我許多幫助，在這裏對她們的工作表示感謝！希望下次再來。

酒店位置居中，作為政府接待酒店，在大院內，整體環境安全，沒有街邊酒店的叫賣聲和車輛來往的聲音；停車位足，門口左右兩側都可以停；房間比較乾淨，有電冰箱，設施齊全，當然作為老酒店，沒有新酒店的智能家居。最最想吐槽的4個點：1.隔音差，每天都被收拾房間的服務員説話聲音吵醒；2.住兩天，打掃衞生時衹收拾廁所，不收拾床；3.房間沒網絡，前台説這是老毛病了，一直沒修好；4.熱水出來慢，人多了水温偏低。比較適合不需要睡懶覺的旅客居住。

房間很乾凈很寬敞，採光很好，環境舒適。四周好吃的也比較多。很完美，就是設施可能有一點點老了，淋浴噴頭什麼的不算太好用。總體是推薦的

裝修設施陳舊，衞生太差，馬桶裏小便都沒沖掉，馬桶圈墊沾滿尿液，太噁心了沒有拍照（後來換了房間），面盆周圍已經發黑黴變，淋浴沒有玻璃遮擋，洗澡時直接淋到馬桶。這還是屬於高檔酒店？看了評價定的，不知道4點幾的高分怎麼來的，整一個招待所。不會再來，真實評價，希望後面的旅客不要踩雷。

這次入住給我最深刻的就是環境非常好，停車方便，房間設施還好吧，就是每房間2個床應該擺放2個一次性拖鞋，可是衹給了1個，問服務員要還不高心，最讓我受不了的就是服務員態度太差，我們定了2個房間，一進去網絡差不好連結，就叫服務員調了一下，到晚上睡覺時樓上住客聲音太大好像剁餃子一樣噹噹的聲音吵得人受不了，叫服務員溝通一下説不要老叫老叫的，態度差勁的要命。作為一個政府賓館硬件還好，軟件太差，有損形象呀。哎
