The room was huge and with a very comfortable bed. There are some great views from the hotel. The staff was very helpful too. Breakfast was good with a decent selection.

Check in was extremely smooth. Room was comfortable and spacious, floors was ultra cold, but they gave you sturdy slippers. Breakfast was extremely simple though, manage your expectations. View out of the room was good, if you could look beyond the layers of dirt on the windows and the cracked glass.

During my recent trip to Quang Binh, I had the opportunity to stay at Royal Quang Binh Hotel and was really satisfied with the experience here.
Location:
The hotel is located in the center of Dong Hoi city, very convenient for traveling to famous places such as Nhat Le beach, Ho Chi Minh Square or Dong Hoi market. It only takes about 5 minutes by taxi from the hotel to the beach, extremely convenient.
Rooms:
Rooms at Royal Quang Binh are very spacious, clean and fully equipped. Modern furniture, comfortable beds and balconies overlooking the city are very beautiful. In particular, the rooms are soundproofed so I had a very quiet sleep.
Service:
The staff here are extremely friendly, enthusiastically supporting guests at all times. From check-in to check-out, everything is quick and professional. I was also supported to book a tour to visit Phong Nha cave at the hotel, very convenient.
Utilities:
The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, gym and spa services. In the morning, the buffet is quite rich with many attractive local dishes such as banh bot loc, chao canh, and other European and Asian dishes.
Price:
Compared to the quality of service and convenient location, the room rates at Royal Quang Binh are very reasonable. This is an ideal choice for both tourists and business travelers.

Great hotel but it's getting a little worse. Swimming pool and gym closed, we weren't aware of this when booking and it wasn't mentioned at checkin. Breakfast ok, nothing extraordinary.

Overall it's pretty good. The hotel is located in the city center and the transportation is relatively developed. The hotel room is relatively large and the air conditioning effect is relatively good. But there was no food or drink in the refrigerator in the hotel room.

This hotel is far away from international standards and a 4 star category. Dirty and old rooms, missing housekeeping and only an Asian breakfast in lower quality. The swimming pool was closed, also there's no restaurant or bar and no gym. Some information are a fake in the promotion and nearly a scam, because the hotel knows the truth. Never again. For the price per night, there's many other hotels with higher standards and friendly, professional staff...

The reason that I’m only giving this hotel 2 stars is that we arrived and were told we had to pay cash. It’s a massive hotel so it was a pain walking in the rain to go find an ATM after our train ride. My main gripe is we booked this for the amazing pool and sky bar and found out that it doesn’t open in the rainy months. We booked this hotel purely for that. So it was very disappointing! The actual room was clean and the shower was powerful. The wifi was ok too. The smell of people smoking in the corridor was grim though. There were prettier hotels else where which had character that we would have booked instead. And finally .. the breakfast was very very bland with the icing sugar potato was a new one for us. The only good bit was us laughing at what we’d chosen.
