At first, there was no room available, so we had to wait. There was no water in the bath, so it was a bit inconvenient. The hotel itself was nice, so I would like to stay there again.

Everything was great, the receptionist was cheerful, polite, gentle, and enthusiastic.
The hotel is beautiful, the room is spacious and clean.
Minus point: the glass doors are not clean so the view is not really comfortable.
The bathroom floor is quite slippery, I slipped and fell while taking a shower.

The staff here were absolutely amazing and friendly!! The hotel is also very beautiful, however, what ******* didn’t say is that it’s still under construction. There was no actual bar available at the pool and workers were working on the building while we were “relaxing” at the pool. The spa is also not finished as ******* said it was. The building also said it was “sound proof.” We heard everything in the hall and outside. Not even slightly better than other hotels. This hotel
will be rated much better when it’s finished, but just so you know; it’s not soundproof.
