Hotel has seen its best days and now in a state of decay. The Carpet on 2nd floor was smelling. Room was ok but bathroom fittings were rusting. Reception was not much interested even though check in was smooth. Multicuisine restaurant listed on website is not open and the cafe doubles up as the restaurant. Food was average and reasonable but service was not enthusiastic. Hotel needs a major revamp.

ac was not working service was too bad I asked to change my room millions time bt no response in showers it was hot water there no cold water shower was not working not worth rupees

The location is perfect. They are good restaurants nearby. The beach is just three kilometres away and the connectivity is great.

That was a fantastic stay accommodating at the center of the city with easy transportation and wonderful staff moreover the food is dynamic moreover the staff is nice Me.peter ,Bhanu prakash etc.

Stay is okay but the facility cleanliness and hygiene need improvement
washroom sanitary fittings are old and need to replace
provided breakfast items are very limited items need to add more items since levied additional charges in room tariff for breakfast

Took a small family vaccay.. was booked in this property almost after 20 years .. service is disappointing. Mr Peter the hotel GM though was a thoroughbred hotel veteran.
