I would consider this hotel for my holiday in the future if I ever have a chance to travel to Melbourne. Happy and satisfied !

The staff was very nice. The rooms are big and really silence. You will easily relax there.

The staff need to be more friendly and approachable.

Looks good from the outside. Night staff are horrible to deal with. Room was horrible, they moved us from a king suite to a queen suite but I was still charged for the king suite. 
The room was filthy

The furniture is old and the air conditioner is difficult to use

Because it is recommended by friends, the hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the service is the first choice in this area.

In the suburbs of Melbourne, far from the city, travel is not particularly convenient, the surrounding villa area is quiet, 2 floors of small hotels, rooms are old, no toothpaste, toothbrushes, slippers to prepare themselves, waiters are sometimes not clean, The front desk will speak Chinese, there is no problem in communication.

This hotel is small and has only two floors. Traffic is best for self-driving travel, and taxis are not very convenient. There is a square on the side of the hotel, there are supermarkets, small restaurants, and there is no need to eat. The service is good, there are many local residents and few Chinese.
