Nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, pleasant location, quiet surroundings, plenty of places to go for a walk. The downside is that there is a lot of audibility, there is an iron roof on the balcony, and in the rain it becomes a chisel that you can hear right in your ear. Also a huge minus is that Wi-Fi is poor (at least in room 304), it constantly turns off, the speed is below average - it will not be enough for stable operation

Stayed there for 4 nights! In first 2 nights we had a different room which was good but there was problem with AC. Last 2 days we opted another room where the Bedsheets were not clean and this was disappointing.

The room was clean and comfortable and the shower was hot with good water pressure. The breakfast buffet had vegan items and I ordered aloo paratha from the a la carte menu, which also has a choice of eggs and other dishes like uttapam. We had issues with the A/C but the technician came in and fixed it; the staff were courteous and apologetic. Great value and walking distance from the Dona Paula jetty.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was subpar. The front desk staff was unfriendly and seemed annoyed when I asked questions about the room and amenities.
I brought up these issues with the staff, but they were dismissive and offered no real solutions or compensation. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely not be returning.
I was very disappointed with the complimentary breakfast provided during my stay. I had high expectations for a varied and well-prepared spread to start my day, but the reality was far from acceptable.
