Very nice hotel specifically in resturent staff aakhilesh, he is so polite and humble overall our staying was great. Will recommend to our other friends from nepal.

Nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, pleasant location, quiet surroundings, plenty of places to go for a walk. The downside is that there is a lot of audibility, there is an iron roof on the balcony, and in the rain it becomes a chisel that you can hear right in your ear. Also a huge minus is that Wi-Fi is poor (at least in room 304), it constantly turns off, the speed is below average - it will not be enough for stable operation

Average for the price, service has become worse since stayed there in March.Breakfast ideal if you are of Indian origin otherwise wit definitely be a challenge. Maintenance is lacking, shower control came off in my hand. Limited staff who speak English In short will not be staying there again

Had an amazing experience staying at the hawaii comforts hotel. Situated at a quiet place and very near to the sea. The staff was well behaved and food was decent in the in house restaurant.

Hi, the room was clean and hot water was available through out. For the family room cost they charged, basic things like a kettle and coffee/tea kit was not provided. And also, drinking water was given in reusable glass bottles which was not comfortable because we were not sure if they washed the mouth of the bottles properly as it is a tourist place and people can drink water with by putting bottle in their mouth. That was a big draw back. The family room is small though four beds were given.

The room was not the worth the price. Smelly rooms and the beds are stinking and had some bed bugs.

Positive: 1) room was good, breakfast was great. 2) can easily rent a bike at the place and enjoy the total ambiance. Needs to improve: 1)washroom needs to be looked into. Little renovation would be a great move. 2)receptionist’s need to be more proactive and enthusiastic which would be a total game changer.
