I would give this place five stars for the enjoyable stay, but I have to take one star off for the wobbling bunk beds. Investing in some solid wooden bunks would really improve the experience and ensure travellers get a good night's sleep. I've stayed in hostels in Sweden and Slovenia with outstanding beds, so I know it’s possible! Overall, I still really enjoyed my time here. I wouldn’t recommend booking a dormitory room here unless you’re okay with late-night noise and wobbling beds. I stayed for two nights and struggled to sleep at all. Plus, using the bathroom in the early morning was a challenge, as I felt terrible waking up those on the lower bunks. If you value your rest, consider a private room instead! Check out P&L Bike Rental! I took a bike along the red route, which offers flat terrain amidst beautiful rural Italian scenery. The ride was refreshing, and the views were stunning. It’s a perfect way to explore the countryside—highly recommended! This hostel was our first stop on our Italy trip. After visiting Milano, Varenna, Bellagio, Tirano, and Bergamo, I can confidently say it has the best Aperol and Corretto coffee! We also ordered a delicious buffalo pizza. If I return to Como, it would definitely be for those drinks and the delicious pizza! Highly recommend! We stayed in a dormitory room and forgot to bring our own locker locks, which was quite inconvenient. It made carrying our wallets around a hassle. I’d recommend bringing a lock if you plan to stay here to keep your belongings secure!

Perfect place for people with dogs :) a lot of walk place, beauty views, Lake Como looks astonishing, many places to go to water. Hotel with very good price and very good standard in that price. Superb staff working here :) Pizza and breakfasts the best in Restaurant inside hotel :) checked other in Mennagio and in Bellagio - really are worse :) sooo, really, really nice place 🥰🥰

Very nice people at the reception. Clean rooms with ensuite bathrooms. Quite place with a very nice view from the restaurant and terrace. The restaurant serves good food with lots of smiles. I did a bike ride after checkout and they let me use a shower after I returned.

Please change the old worn coach downstairs and play some more sophisticated music like indie instead of this cheap 80 90 tourist music. Please tell *********** you have 5 free parking spaces, *********** did not email met that beforehand.

Really really enjoyed our stay in the 6 bed female dorm room ( clean, airy, no air con but large windows ). Staff were very friendly and as a group of female travellers we felt very safe and welcomed. On our last night we were struggling to figure out how to get to Milano centrale for an early morning connection and even during a busy dinner service ( which was reasonably priced and delicious) the staff made time to help us figure out the best way to get to the train station in time. Nothing was a problem. Would highly recommend. Thanks again to the team member who I spoke to on the phone for bearing with my accent 😂!

AMAZING gem of a hostel , but more like a hotel. Coming from South Africa this was a 3 visit to Lake Como and 3rd stay here. The team are so friendly, the vibe and the food is incredible. Best views of the lake sitting on the huge balcony drinking wine. Would go back tomorrow

Yes ok it has an enviable position, yes ok you are practically on the lake shore, yes ok it is organised, yes ok it is clean, yes ok they are very organised, yes ok spectacular common area, yes ok they cook like God, yes ok the staff who manage it it's located, prepared and very nice... But guys, the tiramisu is spectacular. Definitely coming back

We stayed 2 nights in this property directly on the lake. There were 14 of us, some rooms with a private terrace. Very simple rooms with the essentials and clean. Exceptional staff, kind, helpful and friendly. We had lunch there on the last day and despite there being a lot of people the service was impeccable. Well done

Excellent location, very proactive and kind staff, unique location, very good accommodation facility, corner for live music, board games, business area, good menu, possible breakfast, brunch and dinner. Everything was excellent if it weren't for the rooms: clear that you don't expect much from a hostel and in fact the cleanliness is there. But a shower compartment that doesn't close and quickly floods the bathroom whose window can't be opened is unacceptable. A real shame, with a little I would have given the maximum of stars.

Within a year they have changed almost everything... Despite the friendliness and efficiency of the staff, the quality and price are not of the same opinion, within a year the quality has dropped... in fact unfortunately I have been ill... and the prices have increased, I'm sorry because the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.. but if I have to feel bad and pay more than I have to, it's better to leave it alone... And unfortunately they have removed the paper menu. Personally, I'm not a great lover of the QR code menu... paper is better more comfortable and easier for everyone!! .. but this is a company choice that does not influence my final thoughts

Basic in the settings: no air conditioning, no bidet, only one towel per person. However, you pay for the small terrace and the direct position on the lake (in September double room for 79.00 euros without breakfast and we are talking about a hostel). The staff at the reception and in the dining room at dinner were friendly, the girl at the counter at breakfast was a little more impatient. Paid parking adjacent to the structure. For the location and terrace, overall it's worth the expense.

Probably given the young age of us interlocutors, the staff allowed themselves to treat us with disdain and little professionalism, suggesting that we return at a more suitable time for lunch, despite the fact that we had arrived at the restaurant early precisely to order takeaway and avoid the peak. Always good and plentiful food, prices in line with the location of the bar but quite inexperienced staff. However, recommended if you are staying in the area.
