I don't remember when we hosted for the first time, whether 2017 or 2018. The hotel was reasonable for good. But now at fevereiro/2021, there at the hotel, I knew the hotel was handed over to another manager. I don't know if this explains, but I found many worse things. The breakfast was very attractive, but there was no one to meet any needs, we had to call someone at the reception, the coffee was always cold, the bathroom was always very tight in the room we stayed. Some sticks were sleeved or dirty, and we saw some people inside the saw/reception passing without masks. If I looked at the hotel by good will, even because there is only one option in the city and it is not in the centre, this time I thought it was too worse.
