Awesome environment with beautiful trees and plants all around. A quiet place and an ideal place even if staying in the resort for the whole day. Mind becomes peaceful just staying there.
Location is a bit remote (around 45 min from the city) that it's better to drive by yourself or Grab/ Bolt. We travelled during New Year so it's hard to Grab/ Bolt (even local Thai people came to Chiangmai due to the cool weather so it's very crowd in the city and it's hard to Grab/ Bolt). Thanks to the owner who was always available to help get us transportation back and forth the city and resort. Highly recommend the place!
As for cleanliness, it's actually very good except the little insects which is natural to this resort environment.

The hotel was clean and tidy, the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, the staff provided excellent service, and the food was delicious and clean. It's suitable for those with their own vehicle as it's located quite far from the main road. Overall, I was very impressed and will definitely return.
