Popular Doha 4-star Hotels

Everyone made me feel really at home in my 4 days there. Irfan and Muhaidi and the others at Front Desk listened carefully for my requests and tried to help wherever they could and provided information for me around town. Gamal introduced me to the room and also took the initiative to guide me around the neighbourhood the next day. Staff at the Lounge also made watching World Cup matches there comfortable and enjoyable, sometimes coming over to make small talk about the football and was able to attend to our every need. For location, the hotel is within 5min walk to a Metro station and amenities like restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Room was great, but found deposits unfortunately at the kettle spout. I enjoyed my recent 4 night stay in the Movenpick. Its really well located only a few minutes walk from the National Museum and the metroline. You can walk to Souq Waqif on about 15 minutes, the National Museum in about 5. The metro is excellent and both the Souq and Museum stations are easily walkable. The room was really spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and the room had all mod cons - no complaints whatsoever. The pool area is small but very nice. It gets the sun all morning until about lunchtime when the shadow moves around. It has a nice steamroom and gym too. The breakfast is superb, if there is an option to include breakfast with your room it's well worth paying it - omlettes, cereals, fruits, breads, meats...I was so well fed I didn't need lunch! The bar is a bit smoky for my liking, and way too dark to sit and read. But it has lots of screens showing the sports so that's good. Going before 10 and drinks are 20% cheaper. But really, I just couldn't stick the smoke. Its illegal in my country to smoke in bars so I'd forgotten how utterly disgusting it is. But it's obviously legal here so the bar are likely doing nothing wrong. Luckily though this is my review, I think the smoke is horrible and ruins the bar for everyone else so there we go. The hotel staff were really helpful, especially the guys that run the health centre and the lovely folks in the restaurant at breakfast. Oh yes, if you walk out the front entrance and follow the walls around to your left you'll find an excellent 24 hour service station with all the snacks, toothpaste, over the counter meds etc you'll need. Great to grab a cold drink after a walk in the heat! I'd definitely stay here again though, no hesitation.

Not bad, cost-effective, with a balcony, the balcony looks out to the swimming pool, the view is also very wide, the price is also cheap, the front desk service is very good! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

It was really amazing, the place was quiet with alot of comfortable, the reception as great as the other hotels in Doha, the location of the place is so easy to reach, on a city center of doha, for who doesn't want to pay alot, ”plaza inn” is really good choice.

Had a 01.00am check in .The staff on the front desk could not have been more pleasant. We did not have breakfast as we just wanted to sleep after our long journey. No complaints on the room ,it was clean and comfortable.

The hotel was just amazing, super well located, people willing to help. The breakfast was very good and varied, the room service was excellent and we simply had a very good stay, we really enjoyed the hotel. Super comfortable beds.

The distance from the airport is 8 km, which is very close, value for money)) everyone is friendly, I asked to bring additional water since two 0.5 were in the room and I asked for additional sugar, so they brought me 4 bottles and a lot of sugar, which I liked, I supplied about 4, only because when I arrived at the hotel, they put my luggage through the scanner *****, so my suitcase then stayed there by the *****, I went to check in and then went to my room on my own, they didn’t even help me take my suitcase to my room🤷🏻 ♀️to be honest, I’ll say one thing: in the bathroom stall there were other people’s hairs on the glass door. But overall everything is good

Fantastic value for money suite was huge lounge, kitchen and dining table, great wardrobe space bathroom with bath and shower and huge bed in bedroom with desk and tv both in lounge and bedroom! Kept amazingly clean with fantastically friendly staff were so helpful! Didn’t have food but buffet breakfast looked great as did menu for restaurant! Great location for easy access for metro! Top get a weekly metro card @£11 and use free bus service and trans!! We stayed for 6 days and it was a really comfortable pjs r to stay highly recommend !!

I am with please want to leave positive review for this hotel. Very good location concerning with the beach, malls, main roads. Hotel have a wonderful amenities: nice gym ( I am trainer, I know it), restaurants with buffet and good menu, perfect open space with big pool included umbrellas, sunbeds and sittings for enjoying. There are a lot of amenities for sport: basketball, football, game zones etc. And a big area for the children with equipment. I think this hotel is the best if compare with this amenities and price for that. Amazing front desk management, always positive and helpful. Perfect housekeeping, clean bed linen, it was very important for me. Big thankful I wanted to say to Azhar, he is amazing, very professional and very very kind. (good luck bro). Highly recommended!

Just a short ride from Hamad International Airport ($5 Uber) and another short ride to the Al Corniche Street area to see many sites ($3 Uber) is this incredible Holiday Inn, I have never experienced a Holiday Inn like this before. Very reasonably priced that includes breakfast , a breakfast that you would see in high end restaurants, the staff is spot on and easy to communicate with, taking the time to talk and explain in detail your every concerns. The conversation always ends in a “ no problem sir” for example: I have a late flight leaving Doha today, asked for a late check out “no problem sir” asked at breakfast if I may return for breakfast after sitting for coffee “no problem sir” I was going to jot down names of the people who helped me….. everyone that I spoke with helped me! No need to look for any other hotels, this place is it. Many options for food and drinks on site, exercise facilities are immaculate, pool is inviting and the rooms are spacious.
