We had a relaxing and pleasant 3-night stay at this hotel. The room is of reasonable size and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly and amazingly helpful. The manager at reception desk was very accommodating and went out of his way to make our stay a very pleasant experience. Thank you, Brian! The hotel is within walking distance to Metro station (Al Doha Al Jadeda). Breakfast was very good and there was many options. Enjoyed happy hour drinks at Stock Burger Bar during our stay. If we ever visit Doha in the future, we will definitely stay again at this hotel.

Great hotel. Abit tight during breakfast time and lots of waiting around for the fresh egg. For a big hotel they need a bigger restaurant area. Was told we would get American and continental breakfast upon check in but was given basic. Table wasn’t taken for days. For a 5 star hotel its cleanliness is good but service could be better. Feel like they know they going to get customers as it’s a chain hotel. Best bit was the heated toilet seat 😂

It was an extremely pleasant stay at the Residences! From the arrival down to the departure, everybody was so accommodating.
Special thanks to Jamil from the Bell team who was there with us upon arrival and our departure as well ensuring that we were well taken care of. I came across different people in Reception and they were all so kind but it is unfortunate that I was unable to get all of their names. The housekeeping team did an outstanding service each time they came to make up the room and it made our stay much more comfortable.
Thank you to the entire Steigenberger team for taking care of my family for their first time in Doha! I would definitely come back here if given the chance to ＜3

there was no security in the front desk when i reached there so i entered directly to the front desk. then after few minutes the staff ask for my baggage to be scanned. Though I understand that this is a hotel protocol, but asking me back for check is a bit offensive. the first thing I checked when I entered the room is the toilet. it was clean and very nice. second i checked was the city view. then other things inside the room. very disappointed to call the front desk several times just to connect to the room service. Drinking hot coffee in the morning usually boost your mood however the water boiler for coffee is not working. the pillow cases has holes. the bed sheets has stain (not sure what the stain is from). i did not sleep much because i can here the noise from the other rooms coming in and out of their rooms.

I do n’t know about breakfast. I know that in this hotel, there are a lot of basic daily necessities, toothbrushes, and how big the rooms are. There are no matching rooms for combs and slippers.

There is a non-smoking room on the 2nd floor, but there is a strange smell when the air conditioner is turned on; the swimming pool cannot be used for maintenance; the breakfast buffet is monotonous, and the dishes have not been changed for at least two weeks. The underground parking lot is not open, but the outdoor parking lot is also convenient, just the sun.
