The Bentley Luxury Hotel & Suites Reviews

We arrived on an early morning flight and booked a hotel for the night before. We arrived at the hotel at 5am. Everything from getting off the car to checking in was very smooth. The concierge and front desk staff were very polite and helped us deliver our luggage to the room before leaving. The room was really big, with two bathrooms. The bedroom, living room and kitchen were all fully equipped, including capsule coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator, iron, hair dryer, and even washing machine. There is a swimming pool on the top floor of the hotel, and the gym is also on the top floor. I used it during my stay. The fitness equipment is complete, and the treadmill experience by the sea is super good... The variety of breakfast is not very rich, but it can meet basic needs, and the fried eggs taste very good. Except for the uncomfortable high temperature of more than 40 degrees in Doha, everything else is really good!

Spacious room, good service

The facilities of the hotel are very good. When I arrived, I encountered a very speechless thing. The front desk actually told me that there was a problem with their system, and they couldn't give me the room card, saying that every time I went back to the hotel, I needed to find them to open the door for me. Feeling rather speechless about this. . .

Great location for a large suite accommodation. 5 Star facilities and cleanliness. Good quaint breakfast. Friendly staff. Great for families. Overall a very high standard hotel with great options for large suites and families. Was vey happy with our stay

I’ve been to many beautiful and luxurious hotels I’ve the years, and although the Bentley is beautiful, the amenities need a lot of improvement. No kids pool, only one restaurant, no socket in bathroom to plug blow dryer, no bar ( there’s a pool bar but that closes at 10pm which is very early for Doha), no activities at the hotel for kids - it is supposed to be family friendly but the only friendly part is the size of the apartment, which I must be honest, is huge and beautiful. No washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets given. There’s a washer dryer but the dryer doesn’t work and left black reside/ fluff on our clothes. Many of which had to be thrown.

The room itself is really nice and luxurious. Kitchen is provided and washing machine. Roof top pool is tiptop. This is a dry hotel means they don‘t serve alcohol which is fine. Bathroom is really clean. Bed and pillows ate comfortable. They have microwave and oven. The Marble dining table is really gorgeous. Tv channel selection is sorted out.

The hôtel is very clean and smell so good, everything in the room was excellent and exactly like the photo with all facilities (gym, pool, room service, nanny luggage) and thanks to the staff!! Everyone is so Nice and wants to help. We loved our stay at the Bentley so muuuuch

Since I moved in as a long-term tenant towards the end of July, the Housekeeping Supv. Wasim Akhtar has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure my comfort. His responsiveness to my cleaning requests has been exemplary, ensuring that my living space is always immaculate. His proactive approach and friendly demeanour create a welcoming atmosphere that greatly enhances my experience as a tenant. Sure not everything is all and dandy but the hotel management is taking all the constructive suggestions to right any unfavourable situation. I will write another review towards the end of my tenancy to reflect my entire stay at The Bentley.

The Bentley is not as classy as the name suggests. Hotel is ‘top clean’ but they could do with a cleaner who knows how to clean a skirting board and understands that floors have corners! I would class this as a ‘business hotel’ rather than a relaxing place for holiday makers’. The buffet breakfast is very basic (no congee, pancakes etc) but the stunning views from the rooftop pool are worth a mention - even if you have to suffer them under 44 degree heat because they will not allow the use of sun parasols for fear of the slightest breeze uprooting them. During our first night - the hotel was evacuated at 1am due to a ground floor electrical fire - standing on the street in temps exceeding 30 degrees, having ran down 21 flights of stairs, is not an ideal way to spend the evening! But we were compensated with a 4pm check out and thankfully nobody was injured. There are friendlier, cleaner and cosier hotels to stay if you’re in holiday in Doha.

Beautiful hotel Busy and disorganized staffing - we had a handful of problems Biggest frustration was one staff member / manager saying one thing and 3-4 Days later it proves to be untrue Hot water and air con was problematic for 8 days and after another major let down by the staff day 8 we checked out 3 days early - which was expensive
