Al Safa Royal Suites am sty 108 west hotels for long stay i stay more than 7 months completed no proper HK and maintenance. 1, AC not working good i can't control AC from thermostat more than 10 time i call f disk after long day take to rectify still running only 21 not going hig and down. Now 7 moth completed no filter cleaning no nothing like a 🤕⚡️ 2 every day drainage block i call more time no reply every day my self cleing drainage 3 only HK service week 1 day i don't no reason basic tissue not allowed every day 4 most important Wi-Fi supper u need today one move plz click its will download with in two days better u using you're on Internet 5, we stay more than 7 moth completed before yesterday's one incident happened morning am using iron box suddenly get a Electrical shoke from iron box cable i fell down in floor with iron box also suddenly i recover then i meet f office i inform iron box damage need to replaced or check. After 2 days am wait no reply then i call today no one came f desk tell me if u make damage u pay money. I tell i get shock from iron box am not same time iron box and me fell down that time broken. I don't no why this people behove like this. 100 known no one taken action but plz for the information for next visitors am still stay here Maintenance and up keep 1/10 Value for money 2/10 Room service 0/10 Intend to recommend Property 3/10 . Al Safa Royal Suites thanks for the wonderful experience still going
